“Jinkoh introducing to you its third oil of the Essenza series, Malay Essenza! This time from Malaysia’s Pahang region. It’s a clean, zero soaked, steel cooked oil, 2021. How does it smell? It smells like delicate woods , smooth incense with fizziness but without the typical Malay cola note. In the dry down you get notes of black tea, sweet flavours , cardamom, fruits, syrupy molasses and some green notes.
