The delivery charge will differ based on your geographic location and the delivery courier you are using. For example, international shipping charges via Fedex are different than USPS or DHL. We accept American Express, VISA , and MasterCard. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We also accept payments via Paypal.com. You can simply proceed to checkout where you will be given the option to pay with PayPal or credit card.
Sealed Essence prices do not include any customs fees that may be applicable in your country. Please contact us before you put your order if you need clarification on any matter related to customs charges.
All orders are processed within the next business day. However, please note that orders might not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
How quickly you receive your order depends on the shipment method selected at the time of checkout. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Returns are not accepted especially for oils, attars, and decants, and that is for health and safety reasons. Each bottle of oil, attar or even decants is guaranteed to be untouched and unused as we ship it to you in a pristine condition. In case of defects or faults related to perfume bottles, please reach out to us and we will make it right for you.
