“Royal Sri Pada 2016 – We presoaked the incense grade wood for a minimal time and distilled this oil in a glass pot and glass apparatus/condensers. We started the distillation with a very low temperature, but during the process we realized that we can’t extract all the molecules with such a low temperature setting, so starting from the 3rd day we decided to rise the temperature. The whole distillation lasted for 7 days, and the result is an unusually soft oil with an ethereal incense note, golden resins and some tropical breezy fruits in the drydown.
